Rent Seven Oaks is a locally-owned rental group based in Columbia, Missouri. Our goal is to provide affordable rental houses with all of the comforts of home. All our homes come with 24 hour maintenance and lawn services included. Enjoy your own HOME with no noisy neighbors!!! Two car garages and all appliances included! Our Columbia properties are located one-mile south of Mizzou's campus, off Providence Road. The neighborhood is behind the Campusview Apartments and right across the road from the Waffle House.

As an undergrad, I have rented a couple of places in Columbia but now needed a place to study for my advanced degrees. I found some roommates, contacted 7 Oaks and toured a few houses. They helped me find a great place and I have been amazed at the quiet and convenient location. Having real non-student neighbors makes a terrific atmosphere to study when I need and relax when I need that, too.
